Individual coaching plans for executive leaders. As a coach with experience working with all levels of management, I will tailor a plan to meet the needs of your organization. I specialize in developing leaders by asking questions to help them discover their leadership strengths. My strengths are uniquely positioned to develop diverse leaders who deliver results. I have experience and proven results mentoring leaders in the financial and service industries. Coaching Sessions can be delivered virtually or in person in the St. Louis Metro area.

Strength Assessments

I can provide CliftonStrengths® individual and team assessments to help develop your leaders. This can include the Top 5 condensed report or complete 34 Strengths results. You will get insights and action ideas for the CliftonStrengths® themes. When you fully understand your talents, you can achieve consistent results that help you excel every day. This assessment can build on your leaders’ knowledge of themselves and aid in their journey to discover how they can do their best work while feeling fully engaged. The assessment also includes reports and resources on the Gallup Access Site.

Individual Training

Training begins with education for leaders to help them understand and intentionally apply their talents to create the desired outcomes. This knowledge provides them a method to focus their talents in various situations to improve results. I will empower your leaders to get the job done and retain your top talent. I can work with your top talent in individual training sessions in-person or by phone. The knowledge I will bring to your leaders is from personal experience working with individuals and teams for 30 years. Success starts with the individual leader and teaching them to educate—engage and excel as they lead their teams.

Team development

Team development happens over time as the leader provides knowledge and paints a vision of success for each individual. I have activities that will help leaders educate and engage with their teams and partners. I will create team plans in an easy grid format to identify the uniqueness of your team. The team plan will help you recognize each individual’s talents while learning how to bring the team’s talents together as they grow to improve communication and engagement within the team, and with internal and external partnerships.

I am a certified CliftonStrengths® Coach who has conducted team and individual programs to help leaders discover their strengths. When a leader discovers their top talents and intentionally works to develop them into strengths it has an impact on their performance and improves the outcomes and overall results. I can help leaders learn to use the numerous Gallup Access Tools to continue investing in their team’s growth and development. In addition, I recommend leveraging Gallup Leadership tools at group meetings and team offsites. I have used these tools and can help you tailor an event that will inspire. Achievements

  • Managed effectively, motivated and led nine direct and 800 indirect employees with 66 Locations. Participated with and directed local management in setting and communicating goals, objectives, and standards for these employees.
  • Managed human resource related concerns and ensured compliance by providing a single point of contact to district management staff. Performance issues or opportunities were collaboratively analyzed and evaluated developing solutions precisely appropriate for the situation.
  • Developed the Region Advisory Council comprised of employees in each job code category to help drive new initiatives and create outstanding client experiences.
  • Approved directly and exercised final authority with regard to offering employment to qualified prospects which decreased employee turnover from 55% to 23% over my tenure as St. Louis Region Manager.
